Three Chili Chicken Tacos

You’ll Need:

1 lb. ground chicken
1/2 medium onion
1 red chili or habenero pepper
1/3 c. gingerale
1/2 c. chili sauce
3 tbsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
10 taco shells, warmed
1 1/4 c. lettuce, shredded
2/3 c. cheddar cheese
sour cream

How To:

In a lrage skillet, cook the chicken and onion over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink – drain.

Stir in the chili pepper, gingerale, chili sauce, cayenne, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat – simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until heated through.

Spoon chicken mixture into taco shells; top with lettuce, cheese, and a spoonful of sour cream.
