There are a lot of people in the world now that require a certain dietary lifestyle. Others choose to keep clear of certain types of foods for personal or health reasons. I know it’s not always easy to find recipes that are mindful of these diets, and although I don’t suffer from them personally, I try to be careful for others, so if you are looking for a certain diet, please use the link below to filter the recipes.
I apologize for the lack of results on some of them. While I do strive to sort through what I have, I don’t typically seek out foods friendly of these things.
Keep in mind that in recipes not already linked, it is often easy to find substitutions, or to use all-natural ingredients to increase the healthiness of your food. Vegetarians can use meat substitutes, and nuts can almost always be dropped from a recipe. Don’t be afraid to try something a little different than what I’ve listed – most of my recipes have been adapted, too!
Also, I can not emphasize enough, be careful what ingredients you choose, especially when it comes to Gluten Free and PKU diets… some brands will be gluten free while others don’t test as well… make sure you pick up a tested brand. I’ve only labeled items under these categories if there are ingredients easily available.
What I’m trying to say, here, is please be responsible for your own diets. I am not a nutritionist or an expert on this sort of thing. If you know the ingredients are fishy for your diet, don’t make the recipe. And please do me a favor and let me know, and I will remove the tag.
I have no intention of adding any other dietary styles unless I find myself stricken with the need for one, so please don’t ask me to add Paleo/high protein/etc.!
