Turkey Cutlets with Pan Gravy

You’ll Need:

1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 package turkey cutlets
2 tbsp. canola oil
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. chicken broth

How To:

Combine poultry seasoning, seasoned salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Rub seasoning mix into turkey cutlets, both sides.

Heat canola oil in a large pan. Cook cutlets in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side, until no longer pink. Remove to a serving platter and keep warm.

In the same skillet, melt the butter. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually stir in broth and bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or so, until thickened. Season with remaining pepper. Serve gravy and turkey together.
