Low Calorie Grilled Cheese

You’ll Need:

cooking spray
2 slices Sara Lee 45 calorie bread
1 slice Kraft American Cheese Singles

How To:

Spray skillet with cooking spray and heat on medium-low.

Put cheese between two slices of bread. Place sandwich in skillet and lightly spray top slice of bread with cooking spray. Cook 3 minutes, until toasted, and turn, cooking another 3 minutes. Cook longer if cheese is not melted.

Cut into triangles and serve hot.
