I’m going to hang my head and shame here and just admit – this is what happens when a recipe calls for poultry seasoning, and you don’t have any.  It’ll also save you a space in your spice rack, if it’s not something you use very often.

 

Homemade Poultry Seasoning

You’ll Need:

2 tsp. sage
1 1/2 tsp. ground thyme
1 tsp. marjoram
3/4 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. pepper

How To:

Pour all ingredients into desired storage container. Mix well and store tightly covered.
