Baked Potato

You’ll Need:

1 Russett potato
1/2 tbsp. butter
parsley
salt
pepper

How To:

Preheat the oven to 400F.

Scrub potato clean. Poke holes with a fork and place on a baking sheet on tinfoil OR wrap in tinfoil. Place in oven and roast for approximately 1 hour.

Poke with fork to assure potato is cooked through. Cut in half and lie each half flat on the plate.

Spread butter on each half and sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley.
