Pulled Chicken Sandwiches

You’ll Need:

2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. tomato sauce
3 tbsp. crushed red pepper flakes
2 tbsp. dried thyme
2 tbsp. molasses
2 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. salt
6 sandwich buns

How To:

Boil chicken breasts for 20 minutes until cooked through. Let chicken cool and pull apart with a fork until well-shredded.

Mix vinegar, tomato sauce, red pepper flakes, thyme, molasses, water, and salt. Cook until boiling. Stir and allow to simmer. Pour over shredded chicken and pick until coated.

Serve on a sandwich bun.
