Pork Chops with Apples & Stuffing

You’ll Need:

1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. butter
21 oz. apple pie filling
6 boneless pork loin chops

How To:

Preheat oven to 375F.

Bring water and butter to boil in a pot over high heat. Stir in stuffing mix and cover. Remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes, then fluff with fork.

Spread pie filling into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Place pork chops on top of apples. Spread stuffing on top of pork chops. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Uncover and bake for another 25 minutes. Serve hot.
