Kentucky Blackberry Cobbler

You’ll Need:

1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 packages blackberries

How To:

Preheat the over to 350F.

Lay the berries across the bottom of a 9×9″ square pan.

Mix the dry ingredients together, then mix in the egg.  Cover the berries with the mixture, then drizzle on the melted butter.

Bake for 35 minutes or until lightly browned and serve with vanilla ice cream.
