Ham, Swiss, & Green Onion Pizza

You’ll Need:

cornmeal
1 roll Pillsbury Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 green onions, sliced finely
1 tbsp. thyme
salt
pepper
1/2 lb. thinly sliced deli ham
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese

How To:

Preheat oven to 425F. Sprinkle a rimmed baking sheet with cornmeal.

Shape the dough into a 14” circle and place on prepared baking sheet. Brush the dough with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Bake until puffed and golden, about 15 to 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, toss green onions, thyme, remaining oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Top partially cooked dough with ham, green onion mixture, and cheese. Bake until the crust is crisp and cheese has melted, 12 to 15 minutes.

Cut into wedges and serve hot!
