Garlic Bread

You’ll Need:

6 garlic cloves
1/4 c. parsley
1/4 c. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper
1/2 c. olive oil
Ciabatta or French Bread
2 tbsp. butter

How To:

Preheat the over to 350F.

Place the garlic in a food processor and process until minced.  Ass the parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper and pulse a few times until nicely processed and mixed together.

Heat the olive oil in a saute pan and add the garlic mixture.  Heat for a little while, until the oil is well infused with flavor, then remove from heat.

Cut the bread in half and spread the butter on one half and the garlic mixture on the other.  Place the two halves back together and wrap in aluminum foil.

Bake for 5 minutes.  Open the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
