Cornflake Chicken

You’ll Need:

3 1/2 lb. chicken, cut into 10 pieces and skin removed
2 tbsp. sauce of choice
2 c. cornflakes cereal
1 tbsp. olive oil

How To:

Preheat oven to 400F.

In a large bowl, toss the chicken in your favorite sauce. I recommend barbecue, honey mustard, or buffalo.

In a separate bowl, mix the cereal, oil, and salt and pepper. Coat chicken with the cereal mixture.

Bake on a baking sheet until golden brown, 45-50 minutes. Do not overcook or coating will burn! Serve with your favorite sauce!
