Cheese Manicotti

You’ll Need:

8oz. Manicotti noodles
15 oz. Ricotta cheese
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. pepper
Marinara Sauce

How To:

Preheat the over to 350F.

Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.

In a large mixing bowl, combine Ricotta, eggs, parsley, and pepper.  Stir in Mozzarella and Parmesan and mix until will blended.  Stuff the mixture into each of the Manicotti noodles (I used my hands) until they are full.

Align noodles in a single layer in a 9×13 baking dish.  Pour marinara over the noodles evenly.  Bake for 45 minutes and serve warm.
