Black Pepper Chicken

You’ll Need:

2 tbsp. olive oil
3 chicken tenders, raw
salt
pepper

How To:

Pour olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Heat until oil is hot, but not to its smoking point.

Rub salt and pepper on chicken and place in skillet. Sprinkle pepper on it and cook covered for 4 minutes.

Turn chicken and sprinkle pepper on top. Cover and cook an additional 4 minutes.

Remove cover and sear chicken on both sides until golden brown. Sprinkle with more pepper and serve.
