Slow Cooker Tex-Mex Round Steak

You’ll Need:

1 1/2 lb. boneless beef round steak
3 medium stalks celery
1 large onion
1 c. frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
1 c. cilantro
20 oz. salsa
15 oz. black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 c. beef broth
1 c. shredded Pepper Jack cheese

How To:

Spray a slow cooker with cooking spray.

Cut beef into 6 pieces and place in slow cooker.

Cut celery into fine slices. Add to slow cooker.

Cut onion into large pieces. Add to slow cooker.

Mix all remaining ingredients into slow cooker except for cheese. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours or until beef is tender.

Seperate mixture on to six different plates. Sprinkle with cheese and serve hot.
