Sliced Steak with Pepper Onion Sauce

You’ll Need:

2 large sirloin steaks
1/2 c. olive oil
1 c. parsley
1 hot cherry pepper
1 small red onion
3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp. white vinegar
2 tsp. oregano
salt
pepper
buttered white toast

How To:

Cook the steaks over medium-high heat, cooking until a brown crust forms, about 10 minutes (for medium rare).  Remove from heat, let rest 5 minutes, then slice.

Mix all remaining ingredients except toast in a food processor and pulse into a thick sauce.

Serve the steaks on the buttered toast, topped with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
