Greek Beef & Orzo

You’ll Need:

1 lb. ground beef
14.5 oz. crushed tomatoes
1 c. water
1/2 c. uncooked orzo pasta
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. basil
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. red pepper flakes

How To:

Cook beef in a pot over medium high heat until cooked through. Cook until brown. Drain grease and return to heat.

Add all other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Heat to boiling.

Reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 12 minutes, stirring frequently until liquid is absorbed and pasta is tender.

Serve hot.
