Cinnamon Roll Mug Cake

You’ll Need:

1 tbsp. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tsp milk
2 tbsp, applesauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp. buttermilk
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. + 1 tbsp. flour
2 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
dash nutmeg
1/4 tsp. baking powder

How To:

Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk in a small bowl. Whisk until smooth and set aside.

Combine all remaining ingredients in a microwave-safe mug. Whisk together with fork and combine until nearly smooth. Microwave on high power for 1 minute.

Poke with a fork to check for doneness. If needed, microwave for an additional 15 seconds. Drizzle the cream cheese icing that was set aside on top of cake and serve hot!
