Tollhouse Cookie Pie

You’ll Need:

1 unbaked 9-inch deep-dish pie shell
2 large eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. butter, softened
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

How To:

Preheat oven to 325F.

Beat eggs in large mixing bowl on high-speed until foamy. Beat in flour, sugar, and brown sugar. Beat in butter. Stir in morsels and nuts, if desired. Spoon into pie shell.

Bake for 55-60 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between the edge and the center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Serve warm.
