Reeses Brownie Torte

You’ll Need:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter chips
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
3 tbsp. peanut butter

How To:

Butter and flour a 9” round cake pan. Preheat oven to 350F.

In a pan over low heat, melt butter and light corn syrup.

Stir in chocolate chips until melted.

Remove from heat and add sugar and eggs. Stir until well blended.

Stir in vanilla and flour until smooth.

Stir in peanut butter chips. Combine, but not so thoroughly that chips melt.

Pour into pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until center springs back when touched.

Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on a cooling rack.

Heat peanut butter in microwave for 1 minute. Drizzle quickly over torte and serve warm.
