1 16oz. package Oreos
1 8oz. package cream cheese, softened
2 8oz. packages chocolate chips, melted
Crush cookies to fine crumbs; place in a medium bowl. Add cream cheese; mix until well blended. Roll cookie mixture into 42 balls, about 1” in diameter.
Dip balls in chocolate, coating thoroughly. Place on wax paper covered baking sheet. Sprinkle with any decorative garnishes you desires (mini chocolate chips, cocoa powder, sprinkles, shredded coconut flakes, finely chopped nuts, etc.)
Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Store in refrigerator.
