1 package strawberry cake mix
2 c. plain yogurt
1/3 c. strawberry jam
16 oz. vanilla frosting
Preheat oven to 350F. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, yogurt, and eggs.
Place lines in a muffin tin.
Fill cups half full with mixture.
Using the end of a wooden spoon handle, make an indentation in the center of each; fill with preserves.
Cover with remaining batter.
Bake for 22-27 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes before removing from tin.
Remove from tin and cool completely. Do not try to frost until completely cooled!
Spread frosting on top of cupcakes. Frosting will melt if cupcakes are too hot!
Decorate your cupcakes!
Store covered at room temperature.
