Coconutty Fudge

You’ll Need:

2 c. crispy almonds*
1 c. coconut oil**
1 c. raw honey
1 c. cocoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

How To:

Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until well-blended.

Line a large loaf pan with parchment paper and spread mixture about 1/2” thick.

Wrap in parchment paper and refrigerate for several hours.

Cut into small squares and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

* almonds can be substituted with any flavor: coconut, peppermint, walnuts, etc.
** coconut oil can be substituted with corn oil, canola oil, or vegetable oil.
