Rosemary-Crusted Pork Tenderloin

You’ll Need:

1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. rosemary
salt
1 1/4 lb. pork tenderloin
1 tsp. olive oil

How To:

Preheat over to 450F.

On a large plate, combine the bread crumbs, garlic, paprika, rosemary, and salt.

Rub the pork with 1 teaspoon of oil, the coat the the bread crumb mixture.  Place on a rimmed baking sheet.

Roast the pork until cooked through, 20-30 minutes.  Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
