Monterey Chicken

You’ll Need:

3 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 c. shredded monterey jack cheese
8 slices apple-smoked bacon
8 tbsp. barbecue sauce

How To:

Mix the honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and salt together. Cut chicken breasts in half, making them into tenders. Marinate chicken in sauce for at least 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 350F. Pour a little of the sauce along the bottom of the pan and place chicken on top. Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 30 minutes. Make sure the center is no longer pink and the juices run clear.

While chicken is cooking, fry up the bacon and set aside.

When chicken is cooked, spread with barbecue sauce, top with bacon and cheese. Broil until cheese is bubbly.
