Mediterranean Chicken Kebabs

You’ll Need:

1 c. plain yogurt
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
wooden skewers, soaked

How To:

Heat grill or grill pan to medium high.

In a shallow baking dish, combine yogurt, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Thread the chicken on to 8 skewers and set them in yogurt marinate, turning to coat. Refrigerate no less than 10 minutes and no more than overnight.

Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook on a well-oiled grill or grill pan, turning occasionally, until cooked through, about 10 minutes.
