Honey Butter Syrup

You’ll Need:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. baking soda

How To:

Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium low heat.  Stir in powdered sugar and honey and whisk until combined  Mix in buttermilk.

Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, then remove from heat and stir in the baking soda.  Stir mixture until frothy.

Syrup may be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to one week.
