Garlic Alfredo Sauce

You’ll Need:

1/2 c. butter
2 oz. cream cheese
2 c. heavy cream
2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. oregano
2/3 c. shredded Parmesan cheese

How To:

In a medium sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook about 1 minute. Add the cream cheese and whisk until smooth. Whisk in the heavy cream. Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and oregano. Bring to a simmer and whisk frequently until the sauce thickens, about 15 minutes.

Add Parmesan and stir until the cheese melts. Serve hot.
