Chicken Taco Pie Melts

You’ll Need:

1 package taco seasoning
2/3 c. water
1/4 c. Sriracha sauce
1 lb. chicken, cooked and shredded
1 tube refrigerated biscuits (any)
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
sour cream (optional)

How To:

Preheat over to 375F.

In a medium saucepan, cook taco seasoning mix, water, and Sriracha with cooked chicken until well coated and water has mostly dissolved.

Press each biscuit into a 4-inch round bowl with edges.  Fill each with taco mixture and 1 tablespoon of cheese.  Place on a greased cookie sheet.

Bake for 9-14 minutes or until golden brown.  Serve with more cheese and sour cream, if desired.
