Butter & Herb Chicken

You’ll Need:

4 chicken breasts (with skin!)
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. basil

How To:

Preheat oven to 350F.

Place chicken in a casserole dish and set aside. In a microwavable bowl, melt butter. Mix parsley, basil, and salt and pepper in a separate bowl. Brush butter over chicken breasts until thoroughly covered; pour remaining butter over chicken breasts and into bottom of casserole dish. Sprinkle with
seasoning mixture.

Place in preheated oven and cook 20-25 minutes, until cooked through.
