Browned Garlic Butter Sauce

You’ll Need:

1 1/2 sticks butter
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp + 1 tsp. parsley
1 tbsp. hot sauce

How To:

Melt the butter in a saucepan over high heat until half melted, shaking the pan almost constantly. Add the garlic and continue to cook until butter is melted and foam on the surface is barely browned, about 2-3 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally.

Stir in the parsley and hot sauce and cook until sauce is lightly brown and very foamy, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from the heat and immediately drizzle over dish.

Serve hot and discard after eating. Recommended with pork chops!
