Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

You’ll Need:

2 ripe bananas, peeled, cut into large chunks, and frozen
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. peanut butter
1/4 c. oats
1/8 c. chocolate syrup
1/2 c. ice cubes (about 8)

How To:

Add all ingredients to a blender with the ice on top.  Blend until very smooth and there are no ice chunks.

You may keep it refrigerated overnight, or frozen.

Chill Time: 2 hours (for bananas, if not already frozen)
