Spiced Oatmeal Smoothie

You’ll Need:

1/4 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. plain Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
pinch tumeric
1 apple, cored and roughly chopped
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. maple syrup
squeeze lemon juice
7-8 ice cubes

How To:

Combine oats and water in a microwave-safe bowl and cook for 2 minutes.

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth.

Pour into a glass and serve with a dusting of cinnamon on top.
