Turkey Spinach Meatloaf

You’ll Need:

1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
1 onion, chopped
4 c. spinach leaves
1 c. fresh parsley
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. dijon mustard
1 egg white
salt
pepper
1/4 c. ketchup

How To:

Heat oven to 400F.

In a bowl, combine the turkey, onion, spinach, parsley, bread crumbs, mustard, egg white, and salt and pepper.

Transfer the mixture to a baking sheet and form it into a 10” loaf. Spread with the ketchup. Bake until cooked through, 45-50 minutes.
