Turkey Pesto Meatballs

You’ll Need:

2 lbs. ground turkey
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. pesto sauce
1/3 c. shredded parmesan
2 egg whites

How To:

Preheat oven to 375F.

Mix everything together in a bowl and combine well. Roll mixture into balls. Place, not touching, on and oiled, foil-lined pan.

Serve in a sauce, as an appetizer, or as a twist on meatball sandwiches.
