Leftover Turkey Pie

You’ll Need:

16.3 oz. tube large refrigerated flaky biscuits
2 turkey (or chicken) breasts
1 1/2 c. gravy
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. french onions
2 packages instant mashed potatoes
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

How To:

Preheat oven to 375F.

Roll together biscuits and press on to the bottom of a 9” pie pan.

Combine turkey, gravy, salt, and pepper in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.  Sprinkle onions on top of biscuits in pie pan.  Top with turkey mixture. Carefully spread potatoes on top. Sprinkle with cheese.

Place on a tinfoil-covered baking sheet (to catch drippings as biscuits rise) and bake for 1 hour or until golden brown.
