Creamy Raspberry Hot Cocoa

You’ll Need:

1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. heavy cream
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. raspberry extract
Marshmallow Fluff

How To:

In a medium saucepan, whisk sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and water.  Heat over medium heat until mixture nearly boils, stirring constantly.  Remove from heat and add cream and raspberry extract.  Sprinkle on cinnamon and top with a dollop of marshmallow fluff.
