Simple Vanilla Frosting

You’ll Need:

4 1/2 sticks butter, softened
6 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. + 1 1/2 tsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

How To:

Beat butter and 1 1/2 cups sugar with a mixer on medium speed until pale and fluffy.  Reduce speed to medium low and gradually add the rest of the sugar.

Add milk and vanilla.  Beat until pale and fluffy, about 3 minutes.

Store at room temperature until ready to use.
