Brown Sugar Pork Chops

You’ll Need:

1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. olive oil
4 boneless pork loin chops (about 4 oz. each)

How To:

In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, basil, salt, chili powder, and 1 tablespoon oil.  Mix until well combined and the mixture is crumbly.  Rub over all sides of pork chops.

Heat remaining oil in a skillet and cook pork for 7-8 minutes on each side, until juices run clear.
