Strawberry Muffins

You’ll Need:

1/2 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. + 3 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. strawberry, chopped
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

How To:

Preheat oven to 400F.

Cream butter and 3/4 cups sugar in a large bowl.

Add egg and mix well.

Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.  Add milk and combine the whole mixture well.

Add vanilla and fold in strawberries.  Spoon batter into a greased baking pan.

Combine remaining sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and sprinkle over muffins.  Be generous.

Bake for 20 minutes.
