Southwestern Meatballs

You’ll Need:

1 lb. ground turkey
2 serrano chiles, seeded and finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, grated
1/3 c. breadcrumbs
1 tsp. cumin
salt
pepper
4 oz. monterey jack cheese, cubed
2 tsp. olive oil

How To:

Mix together turkey, serranos, garlic, breadcrumbs, cumin, salt,and pepper.  Form meatballs around cubes of cheese.

In skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.  Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through.

Makes: 16 meatballs
