Garlic Chipotle Chicken Tacos

You’ll Need:

1 tbsp. fresh chopped garlic
1 package Old El Paso Mexican Chipotle Cooking Sauce
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. chicken cutlets
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 green chile pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
8 flour tortillas

How To:

Heat olive oil in a skillet.  Place chicken in skillet and cover with garlic and chipotle sauce.  Cook, covered, until cooked through.  Remove cover and allow chicken to sear, turning as needed and coating with sauce.

Add diced onions and chile pepper.  Chop chicken with spatula to 1″  chunks and combine until sauce has thickened to a coating.

Fill tortillas with mixture and serve warm!
