Canadian Pork Roast with Gravy

You’ll Need:

3 lbs. boneless whole pork loin roast
1/3 c. maple syrup
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. cold water

How To:

Place roast in a slow cooker.  Combine syrup, lemon juice, mustard and garlic.  Pour over the pork.  Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or until meat is cooked and tender.

Remove meat to a serving platter; keep warm.  Strain juices and transfer 1 cup of pork juice to a small saucepan.  Combine cornstarch and water until smooth and stir into cooking juices.  Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.

Slice roast and serve with gravy.
