Pizza Meatball Subs

You’ll Need:

1 1/3 c. pizza sauce
2 submarine buns, split and toasted
1 1/3 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
20 slices pepperoni
12 oz. cooked meatballs, thawed
Italian seasoning

How To:

Preheat oven to 400F.

Spread 1/3 cup pizza sauce on the bottom of each bun.  Top each with 1/3 cup of cheese, five slices of pepperoni and three meatballs.  Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.  Replace tops.

Wrap each sandwich in foil.  Bake for 12-15 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
