Orange Glazed Pork Chops

You’ll Need:

1/2 c. orange marmalade
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
4 pork chops
1 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

How To:

In a small bowl, combine marmalade, orange juice, mustard, soy sauce, garlic, and red pepper flakes.  Set aside.

In a large skillet, brown pork chops on both sides in olive oil.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Cook, uncovered, 10 minutes more until chops are cooked through.  Cover if necessary to maintain tenderness and cook more quickly.  Remove and keep warm.

Add marmalade mixture to the skillet; bring to a boil.  Let simmer uncovered for 3-4 minutes or until thickened.  Spoon over pork chops.
