Peanut Butter Chipwich

You’ll Need:

2 slices bread of choice
butter
peanut butter
potato chips

How To:

Spread butter on both pieces of bread.  Spread peanut butter over butter.  Place potato chips on one slice of bread, covering it, and cover with other piece of bread.  Don’t be afraid to smoosh it on and crush the chips!

Cut into triangles and serve.

Firstly, a chipwich is in the eye of the beholder.  Therefore… use your favorites!  My favorites are potato bread, peanut butter, butter, and sour cream & onion chips.  Therefore, the calories, etc., in this recipe is based on that oh-so-tasty sandwich.

This is a great kids sandwich.  Not good for them, but a fun crunchy sandwich.  And if you can hide potato chips in a sandwich, what else could be hiding there?  Carrot slices?  The world is your burrito.
