Shepherd's Pie

You’ll Need:

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 chopped onion
1 15 oz. can beef broth
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. seasoned salt
salt
pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 15 oz. can cream corn
1 15 oz. can whole kernel corn
6 potatoes
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
paprkia

How To:

Preheat oven to 350F.

In frying pan combine ground beef and onion. Cook until meat is no longer pink. Drain grease. Add broth, flour, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ketchup.
Mix thoroughly and pepper, garlic, and ketchup. Mix thoroughly and cook until sauce is thick and meat fully coated. Spread the mixture evenly on the bottom of a casserole dish.

Spread cream corn and whole kernel corn over beef mixture.

Peel, quarter, and boil potatoes, about 20 minutes, until soft.  Drain. Add butter, sour cream, and cheddar cheese. Beat until there are no lumps. Spread mashed potatoes like a frosting on top of the beef and corn. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake, uncovered, for about 20 minutes or until bubbly.
