You’ll Need:

2 c. elbow macaroni
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter, cubed
1/4 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. beef broth
2 c. shredded provolone cheese
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. montreal steak seasoning
1/2 tsp. onion powder
10 1/2 oz. shaved steak
1/2 c. french fried onions

How To:

Heat oven to 350F.

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Meanwhile, saute onion until translucent.  Add steak and cook thoroughly.  Stir in flour until blended; gradually add milk and broth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Reduce heat; stir in the cheeses, garlic powder, steak seasoning, and onion powder.

Drain macaroni and add to sauce mixture. Stir in steak.  Transfer to a greased 9” x 13” baking dish; sprinkle french fried onions over the top. Bake, uncovered, for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
