Chicken Meatloaf

You’ll Need:

3/4 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. milk
3 lbs. ground chicken
2 onions, chopped
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c. parsley
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice

How To:

Preheat oven to 375F.  Cover a baking dish with tinfoil.

In a large bowl, combine bread crumbs and milk.  Add ground chicken, onions, eggs, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and lemon juice.  Mix thoroughly.

Form into two rounded meatloaves or one large one on the tinfoil-covered dish.  Bake for 55 minutes.
