Super Spicy Ground Beef Tacos

You’ll Need:

2 lbs. ground beef
1 package Old El Paso Spicy Taco Seasoning
16 tortilla shells
1 tomato, diced
shredded lettuce
2 c. fiesta-style cheese, shredded
sour cream (optional)
guacamole (optional)


How To:

Cook ground beef in a large skillet or wok. Cook until browned. Drain grease. Add enough water to the ground beef to make it moist and add taco seasoning. Mix thoroughly until taco seasoning is dissolved and simmer until water has evaporated. Remove from heat.

Spoon taco meat into shells and top with cheese, tomato, and lettuce.  Garnish with sour cream or guacamole, if desired. If spiciness is not adequate, add hot sauce of choice, cayenne pepper, or red pepper flakes.
